hmm i tink i've got sun tanned~ at my nose and ears. face also a tiny bit darker. well, i must say the sun wasn't very strong today loh.. all the while its windy and we're in the shade. i was feeling very comfortable with the weather loh, never expect i'll get tanned though.well, went to help out as belayer for a primary 5 camp. belaying is so fun! haven't exactly done belaying after odac life.. so today was like learning on the job also. well, too much belaying is definitely tiring.. especially when i always kana those like to hang up in midair and cry and refuse to come down. funny arh, pri skool kids can be quite stubborn one loh. everything also dun wan.. den still can complain that its very tiring to hang up there. like i'm more tired den them can! den a few guys was saying my luck not good dats why all the 'stuck cases' all i kana. its not proven to be true la..coz they themselves aso have a few cases loh still laugh at me.
hmm, coz of their rotation of shift system.. i managed to work with a few very experienced camp instructors. den while working with them at the stations they will on and off teach alot of those skills, or like after the session they will point out the stuff to take note of or stuff. it quite nice to work with them. eh, in between sessions while we're all seated there, the older guys will start to tok crap and crack jokes etc. i still can't really fit into their circle yet actually, so i'll just listen to them tok. actually i tink they're considered not very frenly ba.. as in they will tok among themselves and totally bo hew me one loh. den better still the ppl around i all duno de.. can only be by myself = ="
ok, after today den i realise how unfit i am..haha! take 4 sessions of belaying only dead tired liao.. i should be going to rest soon~

Went to help out in a kids adventure camp yesterday.. everything have to learn on the spot. Me and jingyi like totally new to the environment, the people there all experienced de. hmm, at frst i tot pairing with a female leader will make things better.. but somehow things didn't turn out right la. my grp is actually quite a smart class.. very noisy and active bunch of sec 3 students. we could all have endless fun times de, but my dear buddy will like to scold them on and off making the whole situation abit tensed. quite sianz for me aso la, i'm here trying to make them high den next moment like she splashed the whole bucket of water down like dat.
Aniway, they did those high elements stuff loh.. those 3 storeys rope obstacles, flying fox, abseiling etc. can see they really enjoyed themselves.. just purely wearing the harness and helmet made them high le haha. oh, and guess who we met there! Our sec 3 Alpha camp instructor - Jones!! though seriously i dun have much impression of how he looks like in the past.. i remember him coz he's my leaders' buddy. haha and meeting jones remind me of mr kang and benjamin~!! actually meeting him is more den just like seeing a familiar guy.. his presence just reminds me how old we are now. we were 15 when they took us for our camp.. after 7 years we met again, and dis time we're all taking a new batch of sec 3s. i tot i'm very old liao loh..until i look at him hahaaa~!!
aniway i had quite a bad experience with Jones at the flying fox area la. basically i'm still new to taking camps.. den all of a sudden i'm left with one huge grp of students at the station. have to maintain the order, check their harnesses, look at the runway to make sure no one cross it, and take care of the rope things. as usual la, once students get bored they start walking around making noise and all.. den things start to get messy. i've always made sure one person comes down before the other goes up ma.. but later Jones shout from above saying there's 2 teachers and 6 students up there. so i told him i'll stop ppl for awhile. later after quite long i send the last 3 students up.. den i happily tot finally the queue ended le. den next moment he gave me the face saying there's still 7 ppl up there..haha! super paiseh loh. but he wasn't angry la, just gave the funny face. aniway we all wan most students to have a try at it aso ma.
well, the period before dinner time was the most fun. coz everyone feels very high, den all cheering and super enthu. i tot everything is starting to get better. dinner time we finally sit down with the other trainers to eat.. their average age all quite young de loh. didn't really tok much la, coz not much time aso. well, after dinner de campfire songs session was suppose to be super fun.. until my buddy suddenly just explode and started lecturing the kids. so sad case la, the other groups all enjoying themselves den the mood over at our side super gloomy. lucky later is mass session. and not long after another guy came.. he's the one that will follow them till the end of the camp la. so since the grp is in good hands le we can leave liao loh. round 9 plus we left with peizhi in her boss' car. oh, so sad i didn't really bid goodbye to my group. so that ends my day at the camp. i tink camps are really fun loh.. but most importantly there must be good teamwork among all the trainers.
ok so much about yesterday.. toking bout monday 21st of May. its the day we officially leave TP as poly graduates. went for my graduation ceremony around evening time. this year we're all force to wear the harry-potter-lookalike gown (ok some say its a penguine gown).. but watever it is, its not very impressive looking. but lucky its not green like a christmas tree like wat we saw on the poster..otherwise it'll look even worse! the ceremony is long and boring.. all the speech given by guests. den later going on stage part very fast only. queue up row by row.. den walk up on stage. when they call your name, just walk towards the middle and shake hands with the director or who-ever. hold on to the red file, turn and pose at the camera. before you know it you're off stage le. well, we did take quite a few pics in the gown. took with some teachers aso la.
oh, just as we're about to leave the skool. we met our care person. he say he'll give as a lift to tampines mall. wow our first time in his BMW convertible loh! he took us for a long ride along the epressway before going tm la. apart from the experience of wind messing up your hair as the car goes speeding away.. the rest not very fun loh.4 ppl sqeeuze at the back of the car. the back is meant only for 2 loh! yah toking bout speeding, he went up to 150kph~! its cool la..coz other den e stronger wind, you dun feel much stress on the sport car loh. i admit, sports car really IS different. aniway we spent that night at coffee bean chit chatting.. and since den i'm considering going overseas to complete my studies. but i really have no confidence i can do well there.. money is aso quite a problem. haiz, shall wait and see how ba.

Spent the whole night out with the barbarians yesterday~~
we celebrated our 7th anniversary.. (7th! 8th is next year ok) aniway seems like its gonna become a trend that we can't have full strength ever year.. will always be having one MIA de loh. but nevertheless..the night was barbaric. i again almost lost my voice just trying to speak. had fun playing all those stupid games.. the food was good.. and there was a cake as well. everyone had a chance to make a wish~! haa.. Cheapo style, one cake.. 10 diff ppl taking turns to take picture with it haha!
Read a post on a blog just now.. it had an impact on me. it feels as if growing up is just exposing you to the terrors and horrors and evils of the world. you'll find the simple believes you once had as a kid slowly fading into memory.. i wonder is life all that bad? shouldn't we learn more about the goodness of this earth as we become more mature and acquire more knowledge? guess its all about maintaining the inner self.. cultivating urself in the right path ba. i still do believe life isn't as bad as it seems..

Had a wonderful afternoon dolling up my little princess..
Look at the pretty shirt i've bought her..flown over from taiwan k.. imported goods~ high class de ok! haaa. Aniway the shirt is abit thick, sort of a winter wear for dogs.. but lucky today raining so not too hot..hee! but well, look at snowy~ isn't she pretty!?! can go beauty contest liao loh...

This is the picture of me with the cute and babyface qiao qiao~! he is super cute loh.. the people there already treat him like a star liao, everyone will try to take his picture and stuff. but he is really very frenly. before he go off he still say bye bye to the whole group of us!
As for this picture.. its taken on a part of yang ming shan call qing tian gang. its sort of a plain between a stretch of mountains. the view is splendid. too bad the sun is setting, den its ray is rather bright we can't take the exact view of all the mountains and stuff. the weather that day is abit misty..blur blur de.. but that makes the scenary more fantasy like loh. the plains, the mountains, the sunset, the grass and bushes...they all contribute to the perfect picture. aniway, lucky we manage to take the last bus back down, or we'll be stuck up on the mountain for the night..haa!Thursday, May 03, 2007
Its another one of my very special experience today! my first time going to the taiwan CTS tv station for recording! everything feels so special and new.. very very crowded today, coz they record the campus competition thing la. got a total of 8 skools~! den very packed in the little studio. but anyway, got to see xiao song, xiao bo, and huang shu jun!! managed to take a number of pictures aso la. oh yah, the best part is got to take pictures with them!! lucky the taiwan people help us ask loh.. den they know we come from singapore den very nice stop to take pictures. they help us take autograph from xiao song aso.. and got someone give us gift. very special gift~
aniway, me and my fren got caught into their little clique thing aso la. abit hard for us la.. both sides aso our fren, den how to actually chose one side. totally not our problem why must they drag us into it! make us feel so weird.. and dun dare to go dinner with either side loh..sianz!
