The tales of the broken toe.. Continues from the part after the visit of the sinseh, to polyclinic, lastly to singapore general hospital..
Now into the 10th day after the incident, stupid little toe is still abit bigger in size comparing to the past. It seemed to be recovering well when on bandage, but in fact its not.. once off bandage, the toe is all fragile and miserable. Will need to be back to sgh for followup observations on the recovery process in the time to come.
Life now is on extreme slow pace. speed have to be reduced by about half; even the elderlies can walk faster =.= for the coming week or two, little toe will have to be on bandage and exposed. Exposed meaning no covered shoes.. therefore sandals, slippers or barefoot are the few choices. And yes, exposing it is such a dangerous act especially during peak hours in the cbd area. could even call it a stunt if you like. going through layers of human barricades, the ruthless stampedes and avoiding accidental kicks here and there.
However, its not all bad totally. The reduce pace cultivates patience and acute observations. Being able to look at the same route everyday longer and more appreciative of the environment i guess. As for acute observation, together with quick decision and swift actions, helps to choose and execute the best escape route for little toe to avoid further injuries.
Oh well.. so much bout little toe for now. more advantures coming up after the check ups!
*PS: Little toe will appear in blue and yellow..(or until i get other coloured vetraps) ;)

Blog time!

Woke up today to find that the toe is still growing in size. i tink if there were to have enuff space, it'll grow up to 2 or 3 times ba. The sole beneath the toe is quite swollen too, therefore totally can't step down lo. i'd rather sprain my ankle den the toe seriously.. it didn't ache that badly walking with an injured ankle den toe! gosh..
To think that i have to spend my last holiday weekend trapped at home like that. Oh ya.. got back results yesterday. to tink that i got distinction for print news! wahaha is this call 因祸得福? overall this sem got improvements compared to the last.. not bad not bad. but i'm just hoping can keep up this trend even to the next sem.. though abit hard to score much better la.
Duno is it because of the attendence marks den can score so high de loh.. or is it everyone get distinction =.= must find a chance go and ask the teacher haha. i never knew i can write lo.. high!
